The Constellation
News is overwhelming. This is a place to check in, find a few highlights, add some thoughts. Process. Think. Share. Be in community.
Constellation, in late Latin, is generally understood as a "set of stars." We usually think of it as a set of stars perhaps associated with our birth - maybe even our "sign" (for founder Heather, a Scorpio, with a Gemini moon).
Yet, a constellation also means an assemblage or a collection of things that relate to one another.
Here, it will mean a group of stories, of events, of happenings. In the world. That matter to and for our selves and our neighbors; that matter for our communities. Sometimes, they may be hard ones to think about. Sometimes, they may be joyful. Sometimes, they may make us laugh. Sometimes, they may make us cry. Sometimes, they may make us rage. Always, they will make us think.
Here, we can read and think about them together. Make sense of them, together. And if they don't make sense, well, we'll be together as we puzzle over what they may mean. Or, how they make us feel.
And, we will always think about what we can do.
Welcome to The Constellation. Additions are always welcome. Get in touch and send anything along.
